A partir da junção dos limites de cada Estado , utilizando a ferramenta \u201cmerge\u201d (juntar), foi criada a classe de feição de Limites Estaduais. Netsa nova classe de feição foi realizada a verificação topológica utilizando 2 regras topológicas: Não deve sobrepor e Não deve conter intervalos. Após identificadas as infrações as regras topológicas os erros foram corrigidos utilizando a ferramenta de correção topológica Create Feature e em seguida Eliminate, para que estas áreas fossem unidas ao polígono vizinho de maior borda em comum. As áreas originais e as áreas após o procedimendo de correção topológica (Área Atualizada) foram calculadas utilizando o Sistema de Coordenadas South America Albers Equal Area Conic, e comparadas de acordo com a tabela abaixo.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
